    A review for your service this morning!

    I forgot to remove my standing order, which was my fault entirely. Therefore I overpaid iconic lets- and went into panic mode! I left a message at 8am and within half an hour I had a call back (from Jamal) who assured me everything would be OK and that he would ask accounts to sort this for me. My money was repaid to me within the hour, which I am really grateful for as there was no way I could afford for them to hold that money! It was super efficient service and I am very happy they could sort it for me.
